How quantities work
Editable planning assumptions, not a universal standard: regular main portions are 225 g for hot pot meat or fish, 300 g for barbecue meat or fish, and 300 g for tofu. Vegetable portions are 250 g / 200 g respectively. Starch portions vary: fresh noodles 150 g, dry glass noodles 60 g, potatoes or corn kernels 200 g, bread 100 g. Each category is shared across selected foods per person. Small ×0.75; generous ×1.25. Rounded to 5 g. Adjust to your group.
Weights are raw, trimmed or drained, as named. Bread is ready to eat; glass noodles are dry. Pack size is optional.
Portions are estimates. Purchase quantities use your inputs.
Drinks
500 mL is an editable planning starting point, not drinking advice. Selected non-alcoholic drinks share this total equally. Adjust for your gathering; alcohol never reduces it.
For adults of legal drinking age who choose to drink. Enter your planned total; we only convert purchasing quantities. This is not a recommended or risk-free amount.
